Description:
These lightweight, indestructible measuring cups from Wagensteiger will put your chipped, clunky glass ones to shame. Stainless steel is our preferred material for almost all cooking tools due to its durability and ease of use, and thats exactly what you get here: These wont chip, etch or crack, and theyre built to survive the occasional tumble off the counter. Sturdy stainless steel can handle big temperature changes, which means you can take a sauce from stovetop to freezer or pour smoking-hot oil over chilies and aromatics without worrying about your measuring cup exploding. (But dont mistake sturdy for heavydespite their robust build, these are still lightweight and easy to maneuver.) We also love that these cups are taller and narrower than comparable glass ones, which helps contain splatters as you immersion blend a batch of mayo or whisk up a quick vinaigrette. And when youre ready to serve, their solid, well-balanced handles and narrow spouts make pouring clean and precise. Best of all, both metric and imperial measurements are stamped into the interior surface, which means they wont rub off or fade away in the washever. Available in two sizes500 milliliters (just over 2 cups) and one liter (just over 4 cups)so you can measure a wide range of volumes easily and accurately.
