Eco-Friendly Bedding for Terrarium Reptiles - Trixie Coco Soil, Pressed Substrate, Yields 9L
Trixie Coco soil, substrate, pressed, gives 9l
Coconut fiber is known for its outstanding moisture retention, soft texture, and natural appearance, making it ideal for tropical and forest habitats. When hydrated, the substrate becomes fluffy, absorbent, and easy to shape, allowing animals to burrow, dig, and exhibit natural behaviors. It is also very gentle on delicate species and works perfectly for egg-laying or creating humidity hides.
Trixie Coco Soil is completely natural and free from chemicals or artificial additives. It helps maintain stable humidity levels within the terrarium and supports a healthy microclimate in bioactive systems. The material naturally resists mold and odors, ensuring a clean, hygienic environment for your animals. Because it is fully biodegradable, it is safe for terrarium plants, mosses, and beneficial microorganisms.
This substrate is extremely versatile and can be used as a standalone bedding or mixed with other materials such as bark, soil, or sand to create custom substrate blends suited to the needs of different species.
